What is blended training?
Wkipedia defines it as: "...a mixing of different learning environments. It [blended training] combines traditional face-to-face classroom methods with more modern computer-mediated activities. According to its proponents, the strategy creates a more integrated approach for both instructors and learners." In a blended training environment, technology plays a key role in improving the delivery of the course – whether it's self-paced, live classroom, or a combination of classroom and virtual attendees. What is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)?
Software-as-a-Service (or SaaS) is a delivery model where the software is hosted in the Internet (also referred to as the "Cloud" due to its accessibility) and accessed by users via their web browser. As a result, users don't have to install local software on their PC or worry about maintenance issues. The key benefits are ease-of-use, immediate access anytime and anywhere, and lower costs. TrainingSpring is a software-as-a-service that uses the "Cloud" for its deployment.

Can I do live video streaming of training sessions?
Yes, this functionality is currently available using TrainingSpring LIVE. LIVE is an additional service which extends the core TrainingSpring product to include live interaction between an instructor and participants.
